We are seeking an organised and proactive Practice Manager to support our busy team at Farnham Vets4Pets, on a full or part time basis.

Our General Practice has experienced growth for six years and we have ambitions for further expansion and aspire to achieve industry accreditation over the coming months. We pride ourselves in offering solutions to our clients and patients to suit their individual needs and circumstances.

Based just off of the A31, and with good train and bus links, the practice is within easy reach of Winchester, Alton and Guildford.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
• Experience of managing and supporting a large team – perhaps having completed formal training / CPD on leadership and management or experience in similar role
• Analytical and strategical ability to help with future business planning to deliver year on year growth and working within budgets
• Passionate about client care and providing high standards of customer service
• Leadership qualities – a person who can be empathetic when needed and have ‘difficult conversations’ if required and is keen to develop the skills of others within the wider team – a personality that would command respect but also be a good ‘fit’ with the team.
• Team player
• Organised and can develop and deliver systems, procedures and protocols which benefit the practice efficiency and profitability
• Can work to deadlines and is proactive in their approach
• An interest in Marketing would also be preferable.
